Fun fact: It will be December 31st at the end of the Night 7 shift!

Night 4:

Zoey let out a sigh as Funtime Foxy vanished and Rudolph re-wound the music box again.  A clanging echoed in the vents as they threw the masks on, Zoey putting on the Bonnie head Rudolph got the other night.  Chica and Toy Bonnie entered the room; Chica coming from the hallway as Toy Bonnie climbed through the vent.  They left as soon as the clock struck 2am.  They took the masks off as Rudolph re-wound the music box.

"Geez this is difficult! How did you do this by yourself for two night?" Zoey asked, flashing the light repeatedly into the eyes of Foxy.

"Very fearfully.  It was very difficult." Rudolph answered, before they heard a clunk and the flashlight stopped working and they both threw their masks on.  Mangle climbed out of the right vent and Balloon Boy poked his head out of the left vent.  With a laugh, Balloon Boy climbed backwards in the vent as Mangle stared at them from the ceiling and then narrowed it's eyes before climbing back through the vent.  They took their masks off as the clock struck 3am.

"They're staying for longer periods of time more often." Zoey noted. Rudolph nodded as he re-wound the music box.

"It's making it hard to keep the music box wound up." Rudolph noted, before they threw their masks on as Bonnie entered the room. Bonnie stared at the two masks, tilting his head in confusion. Their hearts pounded in their ears as their breaths came out shaky before Bonnie climbed through the left vent and exited the room.  Rudolph re-wound the music box until another clanging in the vents caused them to throw their masks on. Chica climbed out of the vent and leaned over the desk, dislocated jaw resting above Zoey's mask.  She went wide eyed and backed up slightly at the teeth near her head.  Rudolph moved over and stood where Zoey had and glared at the animatronic chicken.

"That's not very nice." Rudolph scolded, causing Chica to tilt it's head in confusion before moving down the hallway.  Rudolph and Zoey took off their masks and set them on the desk as Zoey let out a shaky breath and held her right front hoof on her chest, resting on her pounding heart.  Rudolph flashed the light into the eyes of both Funtime Foxy and Foxy the Pirate.  Zoey took the chance to re-wind the music box as the clock struck 4am.

Making sure the music box was completely wound up, Zoey gazed at another room.  Mangle was hovering in the Game Room with Toy Freddy on the stage with Toy Chica.  Zoey went back to the Prize Corner and re-wound the music box again as Rudolph shone the flashlight down the hallway.

"Put the mask on. Old Freddy's in the hallway." Rudolph instructed and Zoey looked up and threw the Bonnie head on and Rudolph put on the Freddy head.  This happened just in time for banging to be heard in the vents as Chica climbed out once again and stared at them.  They heard a "Hello" as Balloon Boy poked his head out once again.  The lights in the office flickered before both Balloon Boy and Chica climbed back through the vents.  An orange exclamation point flashed on the computer and Zoey took her mask off and re-wound the music box.  It was about halfway wound up when Rudolph threw the Bonnie head onto her head and she looked up to see Freddy leaning over the desk with his left hand outstretched towards her.

She bit back a scream as she stumbled slightly and Rudolph stared at the bow-tie Freddy was wearing before the lights flickered and Freddy disappeared and the orange exclamation mark appeared on the computer screen as Zoey went and re-wound the music box halfway before Rudolph placed the mask on her again as Bonnie wandered into the room.  He stared at them for a few moments before walking out of the room as the clock struck 5am.

Zoey quickly re-wound the music box completely as Rudolph shone the flashlight down the hallway and darted to each vent and pressed each light button over each vent as he heard something crawling in the left vent.  He did not see anything, but heard Balloon Boy call out "Hello".  Zoey took every opportunity to keep the music box wound up, keeping her hoof pressed on the "Wind music box" button.  Rudolph let out a sound as he put the Bonnie mask on Zoey and threw on the Freddy head as Chica climbed out of the right vent and leaned over the desk, staring at them.  They stared at the "Let's Eat" bib she was wearing and then Chica left back through the vent she came through as Zoey went back to winding the music box after taking her mask off.  Rudolph took the Freddy head off and shone the light down the hallway.  Foxy the Pirate was standing there, and he flashed the light repeatedly.  After a while, they heard something clunking in the left vent again as Foxy vanished and Bonnie appeared in the hallway from a party room.

Zoey glanced up at the exposed metal hand on Bonnie and went back to re-winding the music box as Rudolph just kept flashing the light repeatedly into Bonnie's eyes.

"Rudolph, when you can, I want you to leave the building." Zoey said, glancing at the red-nosed buck flashing the light into the animatronic rabbit.

"Leaving you by yourself in this building? Out of the question." Rudolph answered, making Zoey's eyes widen.

"But the curse!" She said, pointing at his shackle.

"The curse was worded to affect anyone who ENTERS the building after 8pm...but what if someone was ALREADY in the building when the clock hits 8pm?" Rudolph asked and Zoey thought over his words as the sound of a grandfather clock chimed throughout the building as it hit 6am and the flashlight flickered and died as the sounds of gears and metal went further and further away.  Rudolph changed the batteries, tossing the dead ones into the garbage bin before re-winding the music box himself.  Rudolph and Zoey went over to the restrooms and washed up.

Zoey giggled after seeing Rudolph's fluffed fur as she came out a moment later.

"How on earth do you still look so beautiful after washing up in a bathroom?" Rudolph asked, before realize what he said, "OH MY GOSH!" He said, letting out a bashful smile as his nose started to glow and he turned away. Zoey's hoof-steps echoed on the floor and pounded in his ears.  There was a sudden silence before he cautiously opened his eyes just in time see Zoey lean over and kiss his left cheek.

"Why don't we get something to eat?" Zoey asked, making Rudolph grin bashfully as she quickly rubbed her cheek against his and then led him to the kitchens.  After grabbing a couple slices of re-heated cheese pizza each, they headed to the office and fell back asleep with Rudolph covering Zoey with the blanket. Their shackles numbers changed to 1 and 3 as their vision went black....

There were four dead children lying in a room, one in each corner, as the puppet floated in the center calling out letters.

"Help them" Zoey put together as the Puppet floated to the upper right corner of the room and set a present down next to the body before floating down to the body on the lower left and set a present down next to that body.  The Puppet floated the body in the lower left corner and set another present down, before doing so on the upper left corner.  The presents vanished and two words were breathed into their ears.

"Give Life"

The Puppet floated to the body in the upper right corner and placed a Freddy Fazbear head on it.  The blue eyes of the head turned black with white pupils.  The Puppet then floated down to the body in the lower right corner and put the Foxy the Pirate mask on it.  He then floated to the body in the lower left corner and put the Bonnie mask on it, before the Puppet floated to the body in the upper left corner and put the Chica mask on it.  As soon as it did this, the head of a golden yellow Freddy animatronic missing it's left ear and eyes jumped into their vision, screaming.

"RRRRAAUAUAUAUUAUAUAGGHHHHHH!"

Both awoke with a startled yelp.  They took a minute to catch their breath, staring into each others fearful eyes.

"Giving life?" Rudolph asked, "Does that mean the children are....haunting the suits?" He asked gulping.

"It's likely, and with the programing error, they can't tell anyone apart from their killer!" Zoey said. Rudolph tried standing up and only collapsed in a heap, utterly exhausted.  Zoey leaned her head on his neck and both reindeer fell asleep quickly.  The Puppet gazed upon the two reindeer and then floated back to the Prize Corner.

Santa met up with Zoey's parents and Rudolph's parents outside Freddy Fazbear's Pizza at 10 am and the group entered the building.  One of the elf technicians was fixing up the older Bonnie model; putting the left arm and face onto it.  Another one was fixing Chica's broken jaw and another was adding the missing ear to Freddy.  They moved over to the office and saw Rudolph sleeping on the floor, having given up his blanket once again.  Santa took a blanket Blitzen gave him and placed it over Rudolph as Mitzi placed the candy cane plate down, with Zoey's nose twitching at the smell and her eyes fluttered open.

"Go back to sleep Zoey. You'll need it for the night." Holly said, rubbing her cheek against her daughter's.

"Rudolph won't leave me when the curse ends....what if he gets cursed again?" She said, glancing at the sleeping buck, "I can't leave him alone."

"If that keeps happening and you keep waiting for each other, you might end up spending your lives here." Nimbus said,  trying to dissuade his daughter from remaining in he building.

"Hmm....That means I'll get married in here..." She said thoughtfully and her dad looked uncomfortable at that thought.  Zoey yawned and leaned her head against Rudolph's and fell back asleep as Santa pressed the recording from the previous night.

"Hello? Hello? Uh, hey there, night four! I told you you'd get the hang of it!"

"Our technicians have been trying to figure out why they're so aggressive towards adults now that the animatronics have been sold.  We can't really find anything, but we did find...one thing....Uh, just as a side note though, try to avoid eye contact with any of the animatronics tonight if you can. Someone may have tampered with their facial recognition systems - we're not sure how or what that person did. Uh...Anyways, hang tight. It'll all pass. Good night!"

"The elves didn't know what was tampered with them." Santa said, rubbing his chin thoughtfully, "When his vacation time ends, I'll have the chief technician look into that."

The two reindeer woke up at 10pm and quickly ate the candy canes before going to the restroom with Rudolph checking the music box to make sure it wasn't unwinding yet before heading to the bathroom.  Zoey headed towards the office before Rudolph got out of the bathroom.  Then as he exited the bathroom, he came face-to-body with a tall lanky black animatronic with a white face.

He was staring at the Puppet.

White pupils stared at his body as Rudolph gulped before turning to run.  "I have to get it away from Zoey." He panted to himself, gulping loudly as he saw it floating effortlessly after him.  He tried turning a corner, only for it to suddenly appear in front of him.  Rudolph skidded to a stop and turned in the other direction.  This happened a few more times before Rudolph came to a horrific realization.  It was herding him towards the door.

Rudolph's face turned to panic as tears slid down his face while magical shackle signifying the 5 night curse kept him from reaching the door, the Puppet floated effortlessly after him.  It gazed into his eyes as Rudolph could see his reflection in the white mask as fear gripped his heart.  He couldn't breathe and his heart pounded in his ears. It raised its spindly fingers and Rudolph felt his body freeze.

With that, the Puppet gave a horrific scream.

"RRRRAAUAUAUAUUAUAUAGGHHHHHH!"

Zoey's ears perked at that sound as her eyes widened.  It was 10:46 pm and Rudolph had not shown up yet. There was a clinking of hooves on tile, making her let out a sigh, until she saw the tears streaming from Rudolph's eyes as he struggled while walking into the office.  The Puppet was floating above him, hands outstretched as if pulling strings connected to Rudolph.

"I'm sorry Zoey...I was ambushed...I can't fight him..." He said, unable to look away.

"RRRRAAUAUAUAUUAUAUAGGHHHHHH!"

The two woke up and saw that the clock was at 11:25 pm, and the Puppet was still floating there.

"Night mode...engaged..." It said in a breathy voice.

"Night mode?" Rudolph asked.

"Correct young child.  The technicians were able to install a proper night mode for me during the day.  Whoever they are, they were successful.  Still as you can see, there are no strings holding me." The Puppet said, flexing a hand and freezing them in place.

"Don't kill us....please..." Zoey begged.

"I am not going to kill you.  In fact, you know who I am Rudolph. You saw me, hearing Freddy's call. Save him."  The Puppet said, flexing its fingers as their bodies relaxed as the strange presence was lifted from their bodies and they found themselves behind their desk, "You do not have to worry about my music box anymore.  It now plays automatically, another thing fixed by the technicians during the day."

Zoey pulled up the cameras and sure enough, while the music box was playing, the signal was not winding down.

"You're the boy.  The one outside the diner." Rudolph realized.

"Correct."  It said nodding, "Do not hate the others. They are good children, blinded by anger and a desire for Justice.  Justice they do not know they have received."

"That murderer, he was jailed?" Rudolph asked as Zoey looked up.

"In a way...." The Puppet said, as their vision blurred.  The two reindeer found themselves floating above a more run down version of their building.  They saw the red and blue flashing lights of police cars outside as the shadowy figure panicked.  He tried running to a room, only to find himself blocked by Toy Freddy, Toy Chica, and Toy Bonnie; their eyes black with white pupils.  He moved and was cornered by Freddy with Mangle and Foxy blocking other doorways.  Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica stomped after the man, as he ran to a wall and found a hidden doorknob in it and pulled the wall open slightly.  The three animatronics stood outside the adjacent wall, looking utterly confused.

The man stood in front of a moldy, yellow rabbit animatronic with purple eyes and tears in the suit.  "They can't find me in here.  This room is invisible to animatronics.  I can't believe it.  Not only did I get away with the murder outside the diner, but another 10 murders."  The man turned around to see a limp golden yellow Freddy animatronic sitting at the other end of the room and the Puppet standing besides him.

"Who...What are you?!" The man shouted, panicking.

"IT'S ME!" The Golden Freddy yelled, floating at him.  The man jumped and pulled out a crank and started messing with the moldy yellow suit.  He then placed the costume on, finishing by putting the head over his own.  Golden Freddy stopped and stood there, head tilted in confusion.

"Hahahaha! Can't get me now, can you? You think I'm one of you! Hahahahaha!" The man laughed, before the Puppet snapped a finger. There was a metallic springing sound before there was snaps.  The golden animatronic froze, as did the man, arms outstretched, as a few droplets of blood dripped down the legs.  Then there was a squishing sound mixed with metallic snaps as the man started screaming and red blood poured out of every opening and the yellow rabbit dropped to it's knees, purple eyes staring in shock before it fell into a sitting position against the wall in a pool of blood.

Rudolph and Zoey's vision cleared as they looked very green at what they had witnessed.

"The others do not know that our killer was brought to justice.  Their anger prevents the night mode from being properly loaded and they lash out.  Anyone in the building after hours is HIM.  There is not much I can do...but if the worst happens....I can...give...life..." The Puppet said, before floating into the darkness of the hallway and fading from sight.  Right after he vanished, the phone rang.

12am, Night Five:

"Hello, hello? Hey, good job, night 5! Um, hey, um, keep a close eye on things tonight, ok? Our investigation did find something.  Someone used one of the suits. We had a spare in the back, a yellow one, someone used it...now none of them are acting right.  We transferred the night guard to a new location as a day guard, so I'm going to be going on the night shift tomorrow myself as I record this for future employees. Hang tight, and have a good night."

Without the worries of the music box, Zoey felt a weight lift off her shoulders. She checked the Bonnie head as Rudolph scanned the cameras.

"Mangle's in the Game Corner" Rudolph said as Zoey pulled on the Bonnie head and pushed the Freddy Head on Rudolph as Bonnie stomped into the room.  There was a clanging in the vents as Chica climbed out of the right vent.

"Glad we don't have to wind the music box, they're not letting us." Zoey said as Rudolph moved to stand next to her.  After Chica vanished into the vent, Rudolph checked the lights over each vent as Zoey flashed the light in the eyes of Foxy the Pirate.

BANG. BANG. BANG.

A sound reverberated to a room left of the main Party Room from behind a wall.  Then there was a loud BANG and bricks fell onto the floor as a moldy yellow hand broke through the wall.....
